Templates - Getting you started in no time
Templates are pre-built pages, databases, and workspaces that you can use to quickly set up and customize your Notion environment. There are also templates that help you run your business.
Here are some ideas where you can use templates:
- Organizing your tasks or notes
- Specific industries like law, finance, real estate and more
- Team/Project/Time Management
- Life OS, e.g., track your habits you want to change
- Content Creation
- Organizing your Cooking Recipes and Meals
They help you save time and get more out of Notion, without getting through the effort of figuring out how to design a template to be helpful.

Notion API - Enabling great ideas to become reality
Recently I came across the public API of Notion. The Notion API is a set of programming instructions that allow developers to access and manipulate Notion data from other applications or services. The API allows developers to create integrations, automations, and custom tools that interact with Notion and enhance its functionality.
Developers can use the Notion API to create a wide variety of tools and integrations, such as:
- Automations: Developers can use the Notion API to create automations that perform specific actions based on certain triggers or events, such as automatically moving a task to a different list when its status changes.
- Integrations: Developers can use the Notion API to integrate Notion with other services and tools, such as Google Calendar, Trello, or Slack. This can help users to seamlessly move data between different platforms and automate the flow of information.
- Custom tools: Developers can use the Notion API to create custom tools that extend Notion's functionality, such as a tool that exports data to Excel or a tool that generates reports.
- Webhooks: Â Allows developers to receive updates in real-time when specific events happen, like pages being created, updated or deleted.
